  • SHIPPING INFORMATION
    Shipping Times: We print and fulfill all our orders on demand once you place an order. To estimate when you would get your order, add our fulfillment time to our shipping time for your region. It takes 2-7 days to print/fulfill orders. Then it heads out for shipping. Standard (Flat) Shipping time varies between 3-4 business days in the USA, 6-10 business days in Canada, 5-20 business days internationally. Shipping Cost: Products from different categories are often shipped separately due to packaging differences. Because of this, the best way to understand shipping costs is that we add together the different prices of each category on your order. If all items fall under the same category, you only pay that fee once. ***Customers are responsible for all duties and tax charges that may be encountered.
  • RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
    Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. All apparel descriptions on the site include a Size Guide, please see the guide and use it before purchase. Returns/Refunds are available only for orders with a problem (damaged, manufacturer defect, etc). If there is a problem with your order, or if an item has been damaged, please contact customer via email IMMEDIATELY at info@ryanstevenson.ca *Please have your order number available. If contacting us via email, please include it with the word *RETURN* in your email's subject line. Seller MUST be contacted regarding any problem by the customer within the first 7 days upon reception or the order. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after. Returns and refunds may not be available on all items. All Face Coverings are final sale.
